Empowering Father for a brighter future.

Weekly Groups Two Days a Week

In Richmond, fatherhood looks many different ways—but no father should have to carry it alone. Celebrating Fatherhood 365 was created as a space where men can show up honestly, speak freely, and grow together. This is a place for real conversations about parenting, pressure, purpose, and legacy.

Too often, fathers are expected to be strong and silent. The "harsh reality" of manhood highlights that a man's value is often measured by his utility, productivity, or ability to provide. We believe strength comes from connection. Whether you’re a new dad, a seasoned father, co-parenting, or figuring things out as you go; this community exists to support you where you are—not where you’re “supposed” to be.

Rooted in Richmond, our group is built on respect, accountability, and brotherhood. We come together to listen, learn, and encourage one another, knowing that better fathers build stronger families and healthier communities. No judgment. No egos. Just real men committed to showing up for themselves, children, and family.

This is more than a group—it’s a movement

“With the support from AJ I was able to get my kids back in my life and learn a better way to connect. For me I worked two jobs and didn’t have a relationship with my wife and kids. I focused on 1-on-1 sessions once a month and took is parenting class. I wish I would have met him 3 years ago, but never the less I was able to improve my relationship with my two daughters before it was too late.
